An Outstanding Experience
At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Wish Hair Studio experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Late Cancellations
Just Let Us Know
It is the industry standard that our service providers work on a commission only basis and are not otherwise compensated for missed appointments. Therefore cancellations made less than 24 hours of your schedule appointment will be charged 50% of the service scheduled for. No shows will be charged 100% of the service scheduled for.

We are not responsible for damaged or lost items. This includes clothing due to salon services. Robes are provided to change into for this reason.

All products are final sale. Products with a defective part are an exception.

Wish excepts cash checks, debit cards and all major credit cards. Please note a 3.5% service charge will be added to all credit and debit purchases. Gratuities cannot be added to a credit or debit card bill.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for gratuities.

Tardiness
Please Let Us Know
Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Wish Hair Studio and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
